Main Street Mom's Menu

Sunday
B: eggs, waffles, fruit
D: Chicken Salad, Garden Salad, (sandwich or lg salad option)
S: Tomato Soup and Sandwich

Monday
B: Baked Oatmeal, Boiled Egg, Mixed Fruit
L: Hot Pockets   (still emptying out the freezer)
S: Spelt Angel Hair with creamy chicken and veg casserole, salad and poppy seed dressing, and focaccia

Tuesday
B: WW Toast with Cinnamon Honey Spread/Almond Butter
L: Pesto Focaccia with leftovers, fruit, sugar free lemon yogurt, sesame and flax crackers
S: Chicken sandwiches on homemade WW Buns, vegetable sticks, hummus, (carrots, celery, cucumbers)

Wednesday
B:Scrambled eggs with scant rosemary and waffle
L: Chicken Salad Wraps, nuts, oranges and apples,
S: Apricot Glazed Chicken with Couscous and Salad w/ poppy seed dressing

Thursday
B:Omelet Sandwiches on LT Buns
L:X

Friday
B:X

S:Tilapia with Capers and avocado Relish

Saturday
B: Mushroom and Onion Omelets or Ham and CheeseOmelets
L: Tailgating at ball park
S: LT co-op Venison Tacos

Sunday
B: Boiled eggs, sliced tomatoes, mango,kiwi and bananas
L: eating at church (will probably furnish a ham, and take roasted chicken as well)
S: left overs...(cleaning up the bounty)
The Apricot Glazed Chicken and the Tilapia with Capers and Avocado relish are first time recipes....will let you know how they turn out!  Hope you all have a very good week!
