It has been a long time....it feels good to have a plan.
Breakfast: Sausage and Cheddar Quiche, Blueberry muffins, Coffee cake, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, canned pears
School Lunches: Hot Dogs, Ham Sandwiches, Hot Pockets, Burrito, Chicken and Dumplings
Granola bars, carrots and celery with Ranch, apple, orange slices
Supper:
Monday:Smoked chicken quarters, Potatoes, Roasted Squash, Broccoli and purple onions
Tuesday: Bacon Mushroom Chicken
Wednesday: Taco Salad with Cafe Rio Salad Dressing
Thursday: Salmon, Jasmine Rice, Butter Chive Carrots
Friday: Chicken and Dumplings
Saturday: Supper at church....sweet potatoes, Cheese grits and dessert
Sunday: Dinner at church.....mashed potatoes, gravy and dessert

it's enchiladas on Thursday! (and guess what the ground meat is?) :)
