Turkey Sausage or Deer Sausage which ever you prefer

Always being on a quest to prove nutritious can be preference not to cook sausage laden with nitrites and non-pronounceable stuff....led my EJC and JOC 2of3 to find this winner of a recipe!  This is a keeper.

2 pounds ground turkey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine all the spices and add to ground meat of choice.
Using spoons, a scoop or your hands shape out
your sausage patties.

We like to make 6 pounds at a time and freeze
the patties.  Cook in skillet on medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
