Outback Southwest Dipping Sauce (Copy)

Tonight we celebrated yet another birthday. Any birthday celebration around here is definately going to have a strong emphasis on good eating....that is unless JOC is planning the menu. That is another story though. Tonight we celebrated birthday of the "man of the house"! Okay, I spurged, he is certainly deserving of it!!!!...Yep, tonight it was filet migon, roasted potatoes, onion strings (from Ree, the Pioneer Woman)
and Caesar salad (another recipe worthy of posting).

On Ree's site, she gives the recipe for the onion strings, and suggests using southwestern dipping sauce. This is the one we found and used. It was wonderful. I found myself dipping everything on the plate in it...yep, even the filet! BTW, Dear, in case you are checking in on this blog...hope your b-day was special! Love you and treasure you!
