Cookie Dough Bites...just another energy bite.

Cookie Dough Bites

2/3 cup almonds
2/3 cup walnuts
2/3 cup raw oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup honey or agave
2 tsp vanilla

Combine all the ingredients in the food processor until the nuts are ground finely and the mixture comes together like a dough.  Stir or pulse in the chocolate chips
Form into balls.  May store in freezer for a quick lunch treat.
