4 quarts (8 pints) jars chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup jalapeno peppers (either canned or fresh)
1 cup white vinegar
8 ounces canned green chili peppers
1 Tablespoon salt
1 cup chopped green onions (with topps)
Pulse in food chopper. I mean pulse....I put mine in the blender (Vita Mix) and almost ended up with a spicy tomato juice. I was able to amend it....but please keep the warning in mind when making yours.
This stuff is wonderful! My making this is all about me living out the love language to which EJC, my beloved man,....can relate. My gift to you, dear....another batch of salsa.
