Marinated Tomatoes

1 TBS honey or sugar
1 ½ tsp garlic salt
1 ½ tsp seasoning salt (Mrs. Dash)
½ tsp. pepper
3 tsp parsley*
¾ tsp. thyme*
¾ cup olive oil
½ cup Red wine vinegar

4-6 Large tomatoes

Mix all seasonings, oil and vinegar then pour over tomato wedges. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for several hours prior to serving.

*I substitute Italian seasoning in place of parsley and thyme.

I like putting this mixture over salad in place of salad dressing.
